Senator Edward Kennedy’s office notified Fire Chief Susan M. Labrie of the $40,000 award from the Assistance to Firefighters Grant. The funds will be used to purchase and install a breathing air fill station at the firehouse. |

Electrical Fire Destroys Charlemont Home (02/11/2010)
Goshen Firefighters were initially called in to provide station coverage in Ashfield but were rerouted to the scene of the fire in Charlemont to help with water supply shortly after the second floor roof collapsed. |
