GOSHEN, MA – While some local fire departments offer food to their members to entice them to visit the station, Goshen firefighters just have to schedule a hydrant drill on East Street to get them to show up in numbers. Tonight, we took advantage of the 40 degree temperatures (the first time we’ve had such mild nighttime weather in months) to flow some water.
As a bonus, members were treated to leftover Dum Dums from Halloween when they went back in service. They were as fresh as the day they were bought.
